Terms and Conditions

• The Promotion is applicable for Individual clients only.
• The IBs and their clients are not eligible for this Promotion.
• Zero rebate on iPhone 17 promotion.
• Minimum trade hold 120 seconds; any trade under 120 seconds will not be counted in promotion.
• This promotion starts from 1st January 2026 to 31st January 2026.
• All Participants must complete the given target within the period mentioned above.
• Any misuse of promotion will lead to disqualification from the promotion.
• For iPhone 17 reward, you require 650 Standard Lots within the given time period.
• For iPhone 17 Pro Max, you require 1000+ Standard Lots within the given time period.
• In case an IB client wishes to join this promotion, they must sign up with a different ID without any Referral link.
• Referral Clients / under any IB are not eligible for this promotion.
• Any disputes or situations not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved by Dinero Markets management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned parties. Such a decision shall be final and binding to the Participant.
• It is recommended that participants carefully and regularly keep up to date on the T&Cs. By continuing to participate in this promotion and using the Company's services, participants accept and agree to be bound by any amendments or alterations to the promotion.
• Dinero Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), costs, expenses, or damage in connection with the Promotion or opening a live trading account with us.
• Dinero Markets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, amend, or terminate the promotion or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice.
• If we suspect that a Participant has abused or attempted to abuse the promotion or acted in bad faith towards Dinero Markets, we reserve the right to deny, withhold, cancel or withdraw from that Participant any amounts, and if necessary, cancel any terms of this promotion or client agreement, temporarily or permanently, or block the Participant's account(s).
• Dinero Markets is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entry due to error, transmission interruption, or otherwise.
• These Terms & Conditions are made in English. Any other language translation is provided for convenience only. In case of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
